Feras comes from a tech background, and started his professional career working at Microsoft, before combining his passions for tech and real estate into one. He met Ben and started Disrupt Equity to focus on buying and operating multi-family properties. Feras has purchased and syndicated more than a dozen multifamily properties, totaling over $250 Million and over 3,000 units.

Principal

Ben has been an entrepreneur for 15 years, starting his career in IT sales and business development then onto management. His background in management and sales has helped him propel into commercial real estate, which started in 2013. Since then he has purchased more than a dozen multifamily properties, totaling over $250 Million and over 3,000 units.

Managing Director

Tarek has a Finance background with a professional career that extends across global strategic Management Consulting, to Investment Management/Banking in NYC, to entrepreneurship. With his background at firms like Blackrock, Tarek has a unique grasp on both business fundamentals and innovative technology, and has successfully grown both Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid-size firms and start-ups across industries such as oil & gas, healthcare, technology, banking, and more. Tarek focuses on optimizing business processes & raising funds for projects that align with investor goals. 

Anton Mattli

Commercial Financing Partner

Anton is the Co-Founder and CEO of Peak Financing, a financial intermediary firm providing tailored financing solutions to commercial real estate investors. He has decades of experience in commercial and investment banking, private equity, and commercial real estate. After graduating from Zurich Business School in banking and finance, he held senior management positions at major financial institutions in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Zurich. During the last 15 years, Anton has been helping family offices and high net worth individuals with their commercial real estate investments.

Agatha has over 35 years of leadership and management experience in industry-leading global companies around the world. Born in an entrepreneurial developer family, Agatha “grew up on bulldozers and blue-prints”. After developing Watermark Luxury Residences (a 230,000 sf, 7-story, 90-unit residential tower with Denver’s first infinity-edge roof-top pool), Agatha consulted on two ground-up luxury for-sale projects totaling $290 million with 411 units. Currently, Agatha has sponsored 8 multifamily projects totaling over 2,800 doors, and invested in another 1,176 doors. 

Agnes Wong

President at Sparkpath Investments

Agnes is a real estate investor and developer, and has managed over $35 million of residential developments in San Francisco, California. Over the past 17 years she has built a real estate portfolio across the country which consists of over 2,000 small and large multifamily doors, and has sponsored projects totaling over 1000 units. Agnes  also played a key leadership role developing Watermark Luxury Residences, a $70 million, 90-unit luxury condominium in Denver, Colorado.
